I enjoyed the Veterans Day Tribute. My only living Veteran is My Brother Wes who served in England, in The Airforce during the Vietnam War. MY other Brother Bobby was US Army at the same time and survived the Jungles in Viet Nam and had very harrowing nightmares all his life afterwards. And of Course in my genealogy I have Revolutionary War veterans and bad as this Rebel girl hates to admit TWO Great Grandfathers who were Union Soldiers. But I thank EVERY Veteran down thru History to Today for protecting our freedoms that we enjoy. Many gave their lives for us and I thank them and their families, I remember when MY brothers served and how worried we all were.

Later My sweet friend, Prayers and Blessings oxoxoxo

Dear Linda, WOW. That's a lot of people who served. Your poor brother Bobby :(. That is heartbreaking. I love that you have traced your family back to the Revolutionary War! Didn't the Union Soldiers fight to end slavery? You should be proud! I know how much you love your family and are proud of them. I can't imagine your worry and your parents worry when your brothers were serving. My mom's neighbor's very young son is an Army Ranger, recently deployed to Syria. yikes. Very stressful. Pray for James. Love you friend. ox

P.S. We went to a very cool flag event today to honor the Vets and I put some pictures up here! ox
