I am 66; I remember the beginnings of Greenpeace. I remember efforts to discredit them. Who was right, then?

I agree with every single word that you wrote. Wind turbines, data centers, satellites orbiting the Earth are all causing interference with our natural world turning it into an unnatural one. The whales, the birds, the insects and, yes, the humans dying premature and unnatural deaths ought to give us reason to say "Hold on. We need to rethink this. We need to change direction. "

If we don't, what kind of world are we leaving to the next generation.

Perry, I couldn't agree more. We need to rethink all of this craziness! I am thankful the people of New Jersey stood their ground and made the project stop. When saving the planet kills the planet we have to stop and change direction. I believe tangible change is what it takes. Stop the waste and the over-consuming. It's the only way. Sadly, the younger generations (that want to shove us old folk aside - a right of passage to kick us out!) is not thinking deeply enough about the consequences of their ideology. I wonder if they would be willing to go out in a small boat and fight for the whales these days, without having to take a million selfies (my eyeballs are stuck on the ceiling!). I am sadly cynical at times, yet hopeful they will soon realize, as that's all we have. I am a realist. We must stand tall and lead the way to better more honest thinking and pray for our beautiful earth. Thank you for sharing this and for your thoughts. Have a beautiful Easter. ox

Oh Deb, this was so well done. Thank you! I had no idea. Yes, the People in Charge definitely have things upside down. How God must be shaking his head.... so very sad.

Jody!

I have miss you! The socials are daunting and I think you must have taken a break. I pray you and Bill are doing well and that you are enjoying summer and writing away :)

Thank you so much for leaving a comment about this. It hurts my heart so bad. You feel like you're the only one with a clear head and it's not rocket science. I dream of a planet that trusts in it's Maker.

This was such an informative and well written read. A skeleton of an enormous whale washed up on one of our Oregon beaches recently. How many more sea creatures will die on our golden sands before the realization dawns on many of us how devastating the well intended man made inventions of today affect the natural environment of our oceans and their abundant inhabitants.

Perfect song to read this by, Its so sad. I wish I could help. I try by using cruelty free, all natural products. Good for my skin and hair and good for the creatures I share the earth with. Bless you my friend! oxoxox

Well, we got to the whole cruelty free market awhile ago and most of us try our best but these wind farms are going to be more devastating than helpful. These poor creatures and their beautiful God-given language and sensing confused by man's ideas to save the earth again. I'm so sad about it.

Imagine being deaf and all you have is sight, but in order to save the planet you are left in darkness. (not that these mammals are deaf - they are absolutely fine-tuned - like a dog that hears a dog whistle that we can't hear) - just an example of how they use sensing, their own intricate sonar/clicking/hearing range to communicate and now their home is full of man's noise, confusing them, on top of all the human waste/trash - in the name of saving the planet.

Love you friend. ox
