So true of the many back roads I drive … abandoned buildings, dying towns, sketchy rest stops… then come around the corner and there’s the horses grazing or a cattle ranch. Workers in the aggy fields …so much life and living! I drive alone and cannot get photos very well…but I’ve stopped/pulled over when I could. Love your writing so much dear Deb… you are so gifted in the way you weave in bible verses,

Thank you my beautiful friend! I knew you would know this drive! I’ve photographed it, video’d it and thought, why not write it? It was very cathartic and, of course, John is driving, so I have the blessind of doing this. We had the best time celebrating mum at the beach, in Oregon, for 4 days, came home, to her house, this past Wednesday (kids left for Cali) and now another week loving on her.
