“What is the source of our first suffering? It lies in the fact that we hesitated to speak. It was born in the moment when we accumulated silent things within us.” – Gaton Bachelard, French Philosopher, The Poetics of Space.
Oddly enough Gaton Bachelard sums up his theory about science like this:
“Without pretending in any way to be laying the foundations of modern physics, I hope to suggest how common philosophical positions must be modified to accommodate reality as it is revealed in the scientific laboratory.” — The New Scientific Spirit
To me, who holds no degree in anything, Bachelard’s theory really spoke about discernment. Reality seen. Things that might not fit perfectly into a one size fits all. It leaves room for what is seen and felt, which tells me that we are all wired and built uniquely. Many of us have fit into a scientific box and that most definitely serves its purpose in the medical field. For example, taking an anti-inflammatory for a headache. Most of us can do this. Some can’t. Standard drugs and procedures are an incredible gift to mankind. Many lives are saved daily due to the gift of science and medicine.
Collectively, from the most powerful and their benefactors, humanity was traded.
The unique individual wiring of human beings was traded for a one-stop-shop and deeply unvetted mandatory injection. Science and Medicine, Comedians and Actors, News Media, Government Appointees with Political Science degrees, Armchair “Influencers,” friends, co-workers and family decided that they knew best.
Strangely, for years, I have walked my pets into corporate veterinarian offices, praying that the typical $400 fee would indeed diminish to a reasonable office visit charge, plus some medicine. After the vet checkup, a nice vet tech always presents me with a “standard” breakdown of procedures and meds… and an “optional,” more thorough and expensive set of procedures and meds. My pet and I have always had a choice. Wild that we don’t think about that when presented with a human vaccine that did not go through long-term, standard vetting. It was so risky, in fact, there was a warning put out by a world renowned, highly published cardiologist almost immediately. Until he was silenced. His article was discernment at its best in August of 2020.
Hardly anyone blinked an eye, as the media shaming campaigns began. We were like children being told if we walk outside, without a mask, we will die. Children were forced by parents to live in absolute unnecessary fear. Schools closed. Our world became driven by so much fear that our worldly leaders knew they could go so far as to threaten us with the complete loss of our livelihoods. Income. Hard fought, often financially fearless dreams in many cases. They could starve us into submission.
Family and friends judged, un-invited and divided.
These are war tactics used by the powerful. We are mere chess pieces on their big board.
There were two slots: Vaccinated and Un-vaccinated. Live or Die.
This is where a campaign for Great Empathy can come into play, if we are to open our minds to the truth of so many “identical” individual stories. The un-vaccinated’s treatment in hospitals, and the bias culture of contempt towards them. As
recently wrote on “The Phrase MY TRUTH Needs to Go Away,” “or we may lose the notion for objective truth forever,” … what happened to “unvaccinated” individuals, seeking ethical medical help in hospitals around our nation, was solid truth times thousands upon thousands of almost identical eerily scripted stories.I understand that many people went along with mandates by choice or “the whatevers,” didn’t worry, trusted God. Whew. That’s great for my family and friends that made their choices. Neutral. Going on with life. There is a history of this type of comfort. “If it doesn’t affect me, then why should I think about it?” Move on. God will take care of the rest.
Well, God is good as I like to say. But. God gave us the gift of discernment and free will. He also gave us “freedom in Him.” He set us all free. Free to think. We are called to compassion at the least, and courage to speak up at best, when someone is telling a true story.
Would we tell the captive in WW2, black and white striped clothing hanging from their skin and bones bodies, that they did not see, feel or hear? We wouldn’t.
So, why can’t we as a nation, come to terms with what happened to so many, during the Pandemic, that got Covid and went to the hospital unvaccinated… asking for HELP. ….or those that took the vaccine (by choice or not) and had drastic results?
“We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented. The opposite of love is not hate, it’s indifference.” — Elie Wiesel
What happened was wrong. There is no question anymore that “the vaccinated/the most protected from Covid” got Covid and the unvaccinated got Covid, as do vaccinated flu patients get the flu (like I did every single year, until I quit taking the flu vaccine 20 yrs ago) and the unvaccinated got the flu. I was never mistreated or turned down from getting help during the few times I had the flu without a vaccine. As a side-note, I am much stronger from natural immunity for passing up these vaccines, yet understandably I am grateful I do not have a co-morbidity that leaves me with very few choices, except to accept my final demise, if I choose to pass on a vaccine. Risk is choice.
Every human being deserved equal medical treatment under the code of ethics, and the right to try any method to save their life.
Please share Patrick’s Story . I won’t rest until I change minds, one person at a time, towards the lack of equal treatment, within the hospital environment, during the height of Covid. Many died unnecessarily. They are in a category all by themselves.
I pray continuously for someone to read and hear Patrick’s Story, give it honor, a bigger more wider voice and audience.
Is this just another time around the sun in history we can choose to remain neutral about? or begin to take the term “inclusivity” to heart and never let this happen again. I started this Substack because I love family. My heart was aching for a son, born a few months before Patrick, that had cast us out of his life in 2020. Patrick left the world loving his family. Although the grief and pain of Patrick’s death will never go away, this was also a wakeup call in how to leave the world.. and how to love while in it… I will continue to write stories, yet I feel this might be the most important one to date. Thank you for reading.
you have spoken out as needed. Your talent is used to educate if they will accept it, If not then those who follow and who study this horrendous time in the World and America with the forgotten Motto, (The Land of The Free) and for those who refused to be sheep! The Home of The Brave. The unvaccinated will always be the Forgotten, Malingered Brave ones. Standing up for the rights we were granted in 1776, NO MATTER WHAT!
Continue to speak out and push this. It may be the most important thing you ever write about. Or it is the one God lead you to write. He always has purpose when he leads. love you my sweet, friend. oxoxoxo
