To think what the horse means to the history of the world. The creation of wonder that they are & the pain they've endured for that. Their heavenly pastures must be Gods finest & God bless the humans who do all they can to protect them until they arrive there.
This was a wonderful & emotionally thoughtful poem ❤
Beautiful, BEAUTIFUL. Love the imagery and the truth that PEACE can be found only in the Lord. Thank you so much, sister. So nice to hear your voice again. Watched "The Best Christmas" this year and thought of and prayer for you and yours! God bless you!
Ahhh Ned, thank you. I try and imagine your life serving the Lord so far away and can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate you checking in with me and your prayers. I think of you, Marisol and the kids often, and hope all is well. You are always in my prayers.
The Best Christmas! yesss. The "good old days" right? Hard times, yet beautifully appreciative times. God Bless you all and Happy New Year! oxox
Mary, I am amazed to discover this after all this time... and oh what a beautiful way to invest in one's blessings of success. There is nothing like rescue. Hard, emotional, yet rewarding. Can be the most natural therapy to the soul and a great legacy to leave behind.
Thank you for sharing. Sending you love always. ox
Dear Jody! I was praying for your family and your safe return home yesterday.
The horse rescue community is so worthy of praise. Their love for these big beauties holds no boundaries. I have learned so much over the years and stand back in extreme awe, often in tears. Your comment here means so much to me. I am inspired by you to keep creating and challenging myself. Thank you friend. ox

How did I miss this Adam? Thank you so much. It's horrifying the way many of the Amish treat them. I have learned much. Love you. ox

Oh Deb that was beautiful and yet a tearjerker. It was such a pleasure to be able to listen to you read it so eloquently. Thank you.
I'm going to try to do this all the time for you my sweet mama. I love you and thank you for this comment as I know it's so hard to see to type. oxox
Oh Deb, your poem is a divine tribute to this hard work. Thank you for sharing it--and what a worthwhile ministry! Remarkable photos as always.
