If writing be the fod of love, write on! (with apologies to William Shakespeare, "Twelfth Night)"). Loved listening to this.

Joan!!

Goodness, thank you soooo much! This means the world to me ☺️. I'm not sure what we would do without the music. It has long moved me in my photography work as I see life. When my dad was passing I'd lay in bed every evening and a song he loved would play in my head. It felt like a spiritual gift feeding my body peace and strength. I'm sure you relate.

I love when a song moves you to write. Many classical pieces pushed me along as I told the longest story of my mom's life in A War of Forgiveness. Many tears.

Hope you're having a beautiful Sunday..

Beautiful , how love transforms us. The people God uses to lavish us with blessings. I wish I knew more about classical music and dance. I am glad that you find comfort and connection in it. So many little gifts of beauty around us. Love this!

Dear Mary,

I know you relate, whether it's classical, dance, good old rock (which makes me want to drive fast - oops 😬), we do find comfort and connection as you say. A gift I feel in the wind, spray of the ocean, etc. Songs unsung.

Thank you for the love ❤️ Sending you a hug back. ox

Yes my sweet friend you know music speaks to the soul. I will listen to almost anything, classical was when I was in high school band, At almost 61 I still drive to classic rock. Sunday mornings are for Gospel and hymns. Just sitting around the house I play slow soft rock and Carpenters type music. My sister Anita and I had a soundtrack that we always called each other playing usually songs from our teen years, I miss that, I also miss my late brother Bobby's Playing and writing music. He thought he was a Musician, but I always teased him that I sang better than him in the car and the shower, and I cant sing! But "that does not mean I won't! anytime, anyplace, toneless, and tuneless. Music makes me happy and makes me sad and all my memories have theme music. I cant write, I wish I could do what you do. But I just stare at a blank page. Ty for the memories music always soothes the savage beast. oxoxoxo

Thank you for this. I love when you share your heart with me 🩷 I know how much you miss your sister Anita. What a beautiful gift for us to remember the time we had together... through the music. Always. The music. It is so soothing (that is, until you put me in a fast car! Next piece....:)

Sending you my love. ox
